UPDATE: 1 Dead, 7 Injured During Motorcycle Expo In Denver

One person is dead and seven are injured after a shooting and stabbing at the Colorado Motorcycle Expo Saturday.

It started around 12:48 p.m. with a disturbance at the Colorado Motorcycle Expo at the Western Stock Show at the Denver Coliseum, according to Denver Police.

Shots were fired with at least one stabbing, police say.

One of the victims died at the hospital. Denver Health says three others remain in critical conditions and three are in stable condition.

Nobody has been arrested, according to FOX31 in Denver, though some were visibly led away from the event in handcuffs to be questioned. Chief White said that one person of interest is being interviewed.,

Denver Health was placed on lockdown for nearly three hours Saturday afternoon after seven victims were transported for treatment.

Over 10,000 were in attendance at the event. Though tensions were high, the motorcycle event continued through Saturday evening, though many of the attendees were evacuated. The show closed at 5 p.m. Saturday, but Denver Police said that the event has been cancelled for Sunday.
