FARMINGTON (KFSM) - Farmington quarterback Brice Waggle inked his commitment letter with Northeastern State University Wednesday afternoon.

In his senior season with the Cardinals, Waggle was 100-168 while throwing for 1,462 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. Farmington finished their season 5-5 overall and 3-4 in the 5A-West.

"I know that there's a lot of good quarterback there right now," Waggle said. "I've talked to a couple of them. I'm just going to do what I can to help the team out to win."

Waggle said he expects to red shirt his freshman year with the Riverhawks. NSU finished their season 3-8 in 2015.

Waggle's father also attended Northeastern State University.
