LOGAN COUNTY (KFSM) — A man identified as a suspect in a LeFlore County high-speed chase has been arrested.
According to Logan County Sheriff Boyd Hicks, Joshua Farnam, 27, was booked into the Logan County Jail on Monday afternoon (Feb. 15).
Farnam was thought to be one of the three suspects in chase on Sunday morning (Feb. 14), which resulted in speeds of up to 120 mph.
Hicks said that the sheriff’s office went to a residence that he knew Farnam frequented, and asked if the suspect was there.
After being told he wasn’t, Hicks asked if he could get permission to look around anyway, which was granted.
The sheriff said that he found Farnam in a back room, sleeping on the recliner. Hicks said the suspect was handcuffed in his sleep.
Farnam had warrants in both Logan County, Ark. and LeFlore County, Okla.
A bond has not yet been set.
