SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM) — Another local county has banned outdoor burning after the recent dry weather and high winds.
Sebastian County Judge David Hudson stated in a release that outdoor burning of trash, debris, brush and all other materials is forbidden for the time being.
According to the release, Hudson stated he issued the ban for “the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the county.”
Those who violate the restriction are subject to fines of no less than $25 or more than $300.
