Lead-Removal Filters Working In Flint

The EPA said the latest water samples showed the lead-removal filters are working for homes with high lead levels in Flint, Michigan.

The EPA siad the samples confirm results from earlier testing.

The agency siad it continues to recommend residents use the filters in their homes.

It said pregnant and breast-feeding women and children 6 and under should continue using bottled water, which is the safest option.

Everyone else should use the filtered water for drinking, cooking and for their pets.
