FORT SMITH (KFSM) — Police are looking for a suspect they believe stole a cell phone at a local Subway restaurant.
According to a release from the Fort Smith Police Department, a truck driver from Texas left his phone on a counter at the restaurant inside the Walmart on North 62nd Street. When he returned, his phone was missing.
Surveillance footage showed that the man ordering behind him picked up the phone and left with it.
Detective Lee McCabe with the Fort Smith Police Department is attempting to identify the male from the pictures, the release stated.
He is described as a black male, between 30 and 40 years old.
