BENTON COUNTY (KFSM) — A Pea Ridge man was arrested on Thursday (Feb. 18), making the third of five suspects who have been arrested in relation to a theft ring, after deputies recovered more than $150,000 of stolen goods earlier this month.

Casey Lee Butler, 33 of Pea Ridge, Jason Edward Childress, 33 of Rogers, and Marion “Trey” Wise, 45 of Cave Springs, were arrested after three months of investigation into the theft ring, according to a Benton County Sherifpress release. All three are facing felony charges.

Two others suspects have active felony warrants, Brandon Warren Schlieff, 29, and Ronnie Mesch, Jr., 34, according to the release.

In October 2015, seven Polaris ATV, valued around $25,000 a piece, were stolen from Freedom PowerSports in Rogers, the release states. The ATVs were recovered, along with three Dodge Ram pickup trucks, a motorcycle and a commercial air compressor, valued at $15,000.

Butler was arrested Thursday morning (Feb. 18), while Wise was arrested in late December and Childress was booked at the beginning of February.

All three are in the Benton County Jail.

The case is still under investigation.
