HOT SPRING COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) — A juvenile was killed and a few others critically injured after a train collided with an SUV in Hot Spring County, according to KTHV.

Police said five people, including four family members, were involved in the crash at the crossing on Old Dixonville Road.

The SUV was dragged on its passenger side for about 150-yards until the train came to a stop, according to Jeff DeGraff with Union Pacific.

A juvenile was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other victims were rushed to a local hospital. Two of the victims were airlifted to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, according to KTHV.
