ARKANSAS/OKLAHOMA (KFSM) — Do you flip-out for flapjacks? If so, you have reason to celebrate because Tuesday (Mar. 8) is National Pancake Day, and that means a free meal at IHOP!

International House of Pancakes is giving away free short stacks  from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. nationwide. You must dine-in to receive the deal. In return for the free pancakes, guests are asked to consider leaving a donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

IHOP Restaurants began National Pancake Day back in 2006. Since then, they’ve raise nearly $20 million for charities.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals raises funds and awareness for hospitals that provide 32 million treatments each year to kids across the U.S. and Canada. Donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services.

All of the free pancakes served last year in 2015 on National Pancake Day would create a stack nearly 19-miles high!
