Meditation may help reduce stress among people with demanding jobs.
Researchers at the Cleveland Clinic developed an online stress management program at a busy corporate call center.
Those who participated in the program, which included meditation four times a week, said they felt more energy and less stress after eight weeks.
What's more, many people said they were sleeping better and losing weight.
Even one year later, most employees said they felt less stressed.
