ALMA (KFSM) – It’s a one-day event for everyone to see on Monday (March 28) as the circus will be coming to the Alma City Park.
The Culpepper and Merriweather Circus is a family-friendly show with their audiences able to enjoy a trapeze performance, unicycle routine, and even a tight rope act.
People will have the chance to take a walking tour of the circus grounds on Monday from 9:30-10 a.m. Also, people will learn about the history of the show and the different species of animals that are in the circus. This is a great opportunity for families to meet the performers and learn all about life in a circus family.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Arvest Bank location in Alma, Citizens Bank & Trust Co. and the Alma Area Chamber of Commerce. Tickets for adults are $10, seniors and children between the age of 2 – 12 will be $7. Children 2 & under will be free.
Tickets that are purchased on the circus grounds after 4:00 p.m. Monday will be $13 for adults and $8 for seniors and children between the age of 2-12.
Performers will take the stage twice on Monday (March 28). The first show will begin at 5 p.m. and the the second show will start at 7:30 p.m.
