SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM) — Deputies have identified a Sebastian County robbery suspect, and labeled him as “armed and dangerous.”

According to release from the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office, Tyler Dunigan, 25, is described as 6 feet tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Deputies responded to a robbery call near the 7700 block of West Highway 252 near Midland on Tuesday morning (March 29).

The caller reported that she had been taped to a chair by a male subject that she knew.  The known subject and two other individuals, a male and a female, took from the residence four firearms.  They left in a dark gray or blue pickup truck heading west on Highway 252 toward Slaytonville, according to the release.

It was also learned that the victim had her 4-year-old son with her at the time of the robbery.  The victim did not know the two other individuals that were involved.

Since the victim knew Dunigan she allowed him in her residence.  Dunigan then signaled for the other male subject to come inside and they taped the victim to a chair.  Dunigan and the other male subject went to a gun cabinet in the home and took left rifles and left, the release stated.

No one was injured in the robbery.

The investigation is ongoing and deputies are following all available leads.  A warrant has been issued for Dunigan for robbery, theft of firearms, endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment.

Dunigan had two other warrants also out of Sebastian County.

Anyone with information on Dunigan’s whereabouts or information on the other two involved individuals is asked to call the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office at 479-783-1051.
