VAN BUREN (KFSM) — A relationship between an adult male and a minor has led to an arrest on suspicion of sexual assault.
According to Van Buren Police, Chase Ellison is behind bars at the Crawford County Jail after police said he had sexual contact with a minor.
Police stated that Ellison met the girl on Facebook and later in person at a local skating rink.
Because the crime began with the use of social media, police stated that they believe there could potentially be other victims of similar crimes.
