Controlled Burn Smoke Seen For Miles In Northwest Arkansas

WASHINGTON COUNTY (KFSM) — A controlled burn by the Arkansas Forestry Commission was seen by several areas in Washington County on Monday afternoon.

The forestry commission stated that the fire was conducted in East Siloam Springs and spanned more than 3,000 acres.

The controlled burn is scheduled to end by 12 a.m. (April 5).
