FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – Tuesday’s game between Arkansas and Oklahoma State was pushed up 90  minutes due to the threat of severe weather. After a slow start, the Razorbacks’ bats showed up to Baum Stadium.

The Razorbacks scored five runs in their final three at-bats, avenging an earlier loss this season to the Cowboys, as Arkansas posted a 7-6 win.

Oklahoma State (25-15) jumped out to a 5-2 lead after a monster home run from Collin Theroux in the top of the sixth but the Razorbacks (25-16) responded in the home half of the frame to spark the offense.

Eric Cole cut the gap to two with a RBI single then Clark Eagan trimmed the Cowboys’ lead to 5-4 with a RBI groundout. Arkansas then tied the game in the following inning as Rick Nomura singled to left, driving in Luke Bonfield.

The Hogs capped their rally in the eighth as Carson Shaddy drove in a run with a triple past a diving Ryan Sluder in centerfield then Bonfield added a RBI sacrifice fly.

Arkansas returns to SEC play this weekend as No. 2 Texas A&M will be inside Baum Stadium for a three game series.
