ROGERS (KFSM) — A standoff with an armed barricaded man at a Rogers apartment complex ended in suicide Monday (May 16), according to police.
Officers responded to the Parc apartment complex around 3:30 p.m. after a call from the friend of a possibly suicidal man, police said.
