The victim said the man approached her as she was entering the women’s bathroom and looked as if he was trying to go in to the restroom, the release states. The man allegedly commented on how pretty the girl was and asked if she had a boyfriend.

The girl said she quickly ended the conversation and entered the restroom, but he was still outside the doorway when she went to leave the bathroom.

The man started touching the girl inappropriately, according to the report. The girl fought off his advances and pushed him away and was able to return to her parents.

Anyone with information about the man or his whereabouts is urged to call Fort Smith Police at 479-709-5100 or 78-CRIME.
