SPRINGDALE (KFSM) — A 10-year-old Springdale boy was hit by a car on Monday morning (Aug. 8).
After hitting the boy, the vehicle then swerved into another vehicle parked across the street, which was pushed into a mobile home and another parked car, according to a press release from the Springdale Police Department.
The boy was taken by medical helicopter to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, the release states. His injuries are not expected to be life threatening.
The driver of the vehicle has not been identified.
The incident is still under investigation.
