AR-15 Rifle, Loaded Magazines, Police Gear Stolen From Rogers Patrol Car

ROGERS (KFSM) -- Police have opened an investigation after several police items were reported stolen from an unmarked vehicle.

A release from the Rogers Police Department stated that incident appeared to have happened Tuesday (August 16) around 2:50 a.m.

Police stated that heavy fog Monday night has significantly reduced the quality of images captured by a surveillance camera.

The investigation is ongoing and the following list of items have been reported stolen:

  • Bushmaster AR15 patrol rifle with three loaded magazines
  • A bullet resistant vest in a black vest carrier with “Police” patches on the chest and back
  • Two loaded pistol magazines for a Glock 17 9mm pistol
  • One set of Smith and Wesson handcuffs
  • One small flashlight
  • One 5.11 brand shoulder bag, dark gray in color, with various medical supplies inside
