Logan County Sheriff Searches For Suspect Who Fled, Resisted Arrest

LOGAN COUNTY (KFSM) — The Logan County Sheriff’s Office has released information of a suspect wanted for arrest.

Jonathon Matthew Haynes has been been accused of possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, fleeing and resisting arrest, according to Sheriff Boyd Hicks.

Hicks also stated that Haynes is wanted for questioning in connection to a residential burglary that occurred in the Calico Mountain Road area of the county last week.

Hicks conveyed that Haynes was last seen fleeing south on foot, west of Redder Lane in Scranton on Saturday (Aug. 27). Haynes was said to be wearing black sweatpants, no shirt and no shoes, and possibly driving a green extended cab Chevrolet pickup truck.
