FARMINGTON (KFSM) — A Farmington School District employee was arrested on Monday (Sept. 12) after he was accused of distributingĀ marijuana.

Skye Peterson, 34, of Fayetteville is facing a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance, according to a preliminary report.

Peterson, who is an instructional aid in the district, allegedly sold marijuana to a detective on the Fourth Judicial Drug Task Force on two separate occasions during the past year, the report states. Peterson sold 45 grams to the agent who recorded the interaction.

Peterson was taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where he was later released on a $2,500 bond.

The Farmington School District released this statement:

“The Farmington School District is aware of the charges leveled against one of our instructional aides. The district is gathering information and investigating these charges. Please be assured that the district takes these allegations very seriously and will make decisions based on the best interest of our students.”

Seriously? It’s legal in nearby Colorado and we’re concentrating on spending time and resources entrapping someone for exchanging money for an indigenous herb? So answer me this. Do you fundamental Christians feel good about yourselves watching this man’s life be destroyed over such pettiness? Wanna pull the trigger purging him from society? I sure hope your rapture happens. It’ll be nice to rid you hypocrites. Pathetic blue state idiocy.

No kidding, it’s ok to put up a sign and sell one of the worst drugs, alcohol. Them GOP’rs like their alcohol, but for God’s sake, don’t smoke a weed that grows out of the ground. You might get hungry and laugh a little, “Oh, the humanity””
