MANSFIELD (KFSM)-- It's an afternoon and evening full of non stop music, the 5th Annual Bluegrass Festival will be held on Saturday (September 24th) at the Mansfield City Lake.
The event will kick off at 11 am. Admission for the event is free but donations will be accepted.
