CLARKSVILLE (KFSM) — A Clarksville man was arrested on Friday (Sept. 16) after he was accused of sexually molesting a 4-year-old child.
Charles Allan Watson II, 30, is facing three counts of rape and sexually grooming a child.
He was taken to the Johnson County Detention Center where he is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
