SPRINGDALE (KFSM) — The Arkansas Department of Health reported 297 suspected and confirmed cases of mumps in Northwest Arkansas Thursday (Sept. 22).
The outbreak was first reported Aug. 31 and the health department expects cases to keep multiplying for the next six months.
Cases of mumps have been confirmed in the following schools:
