HEALTHWATCH -- Huge news from the medical world came from Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas. It was announced that this morning they have successfully completed the first living donor uterus transplant in the United States.

This is the fourth time the hospital has attempted the procedure. They say the woman who received the uterus has good blood flow, and there are no signs of rejection.

This could be a sign of hope for women who have trouble conceiving because they were born without a uterus, had to have a hysterectomy, or have a uterus that does not function properly.
