Temperatures continue to fall quickly across the area with the cold front making it’s way across Arkansas.

By Thursday morning, we’ll wake up to very chilly weather with morning temperatures in the 40s and 50s.

The cold weather won’t last long with highs bouncing back into the mid 80s by Monday in NW Arkansas.

In the River Valley, highs will be in the upper 80s as early as next week.

The next round of rain will arrive in the area on Thursday evening.

Rain will continue on and off into the morning Friday.

Friday evening most of the rain will be gone with partly cloudy skies for Football Friday Night weather.

It looks like the next cold front will move into the area around the middle of next week with cooler temperatures towards the end of next week. The next widespread rain could be next Thursday around the 20th.
