VAN BUREN (KFSM) — A Van Buren man was arrested on Monday (Oct. 17) after he allegedly sexually assaulted multiple juvenile girls.

Dennis Dale Kinsey, 66, is facing four counts of second degree sexual assault, according to a Van Buren Police department press release.

Police began investigating Kinsey when a person tipped off officers after overhearing another person talking about one of the victim’s abuse.

Kinsey allegedly committed sexual assaults against two generations of  juvenile girls, who were between ages of 7 and 14 when the assaults occurred, the release states. Some of the alleged assaults occurred years ago, as some of the victims are now adults.

The investigation is ongoing, and police said there could be additional victims. Police are asking any potential victims or witnesses to contact the department at 479-471-5095.

Kinsey was taken to the Crawford County Detention Center where he is being held with no bond.
