New recommendations from pediatricians suggests parents limit screen time based on your child's age.

They include, for those younger than 18 months, avoid it all together except for video chatting. For kids 18 to 24 months, parents should choose age-appropriate content and watch it with them. Parents should limit screen time of 2 to 5 year olds to 1 hour a day and simply monitor usage for older children to ensure it doesn't get out of control.
