For this week’s Flavors, Megan Graddy went to Bliss Cupcake Café at their uptown location for a special Halloween surprise, don’t worry this place is no tricks and all treats!

Bliss offers a spooky good variety of tasty Halloween featured cupcakes that are sure to hit that sweet spot for your little monsters and zombies. Flint Harris, owner of Bliss Cupcakes Café gave us a list of their magical and spell binding treats for this weekend.

“Well we’ve got Halloween cupcake this Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and probably our most popular cupcake that we make all year is our red velvet with shards of glass, which are edible and blood on top, it’s very visually appealing,” said Flint. “We are also doing a dirt cake cupcake with an Oreo on top that looks like a head stone and it has R.I.P written on it, we’ve got witches hats, and we’ve also got a mummy face on our gluten free cream cheese brownie.”

Flint’s passion for food sparked an interest for him and his partners to open three locations in Arkansas including: Fayetteville’s uptown location, one in Rogers, and Fort Smith.

Have a favorite cupcake; they can make it a full sized cake for any occasion as well.

“We do them in almost any flavors on our menu, which our menu has about eighty flavors so, if you have been clamoring for a gluten-free Butterfinger cake, or lemon razzy, or Elvis, or gluten-free blueberry, whatever it is whatever it may be, whatever your favorite bliss cupcake is, we can make it into a cake as long as we have just a day’s notice,” said Flint.

Just one taste and you will think they put a spell on you with their frightfully good flavors.

A unique gift at Bliss has to be their cupcake in a jar.

“So we take one and a half cupcakes so that’s cake frosting, cake frosting, cake frosting, we ship those in a jar so we can do those in just about every flavor as well.

The café also offers Bliss for Pups which are a dog-friendly treat made from natural ingredients, so they too can enjoy Bliss.

Their other tasty treats include cake pops, chewy cookies, macaroons, candied pretzels, and frosting shots.
