Voters in Arkansas on Tuesday (Nov. 8) approved Issue 6, known as the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, making the state the first in the Bible Belt to legalize medical marijuana.

5NEWS Evening Anchor Katelynn Zoellner spoke with Little Rock lawyer David Couch, the amendment's sponsor, about what is next for the legalization of medical marijuana in Arkansas.
