Police found a recently stolen El Camino traveling southbound on North Holland, according to the arrest report. The report states that police attempted to stop the vehicle with emergency lights. The driver refused to stop, running stop signs and traveling in the wrong lanes at oncoming traffic. The vehicle continued east on Highway 62 while weaving through traffic, leaving the roadway and driving on sidewalks.
