LITTLE ROCK (KFSM) - Warren scored 28 second half points and pulled away from Pea Ridge for a 54-37 win in the 4A state championship game at War Memorial Stadium.

Warren quarterback Hayden Lassiter was named the game's MVP after throwing for 208 yards and a touchdown while adding 64 yards rushing and another score. Lassiter also intercepted a pass from his safety position.

Pea Ridge was able to trade scores with Warren for the first two and a half quarters but turnovers caught up with the Blackhawks in the third quarter. Warren reeled off 28 straight points in the second half before Pea Ridge scored twice in the final five minutes.

Zaine Holley finished with 106 yards rushing with two touchdowns while Drew Winn added 75 yards on the ground with two more scores. Jakota Sainsbury completed 11-of-19 passes for 139 yards including a 40-yard touchdown to Hayden Holtgrewe. The junior receiver also had a 75-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the second quarter that tied the game at 19-19.
