ROGERS (KFSM) — A level four sex offender has moved to Rogers.

Sean Blackerby, who was previously living in a van, has moved into a home in the 12000 block of Arabian Drive in Rogers, according to a post by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

Blackerby was placed on state supervision again, which will be extended for a 10-year period, the post states. He must report to his probation officer weekly and wear an electronic monitoring device for five years. He must not have any unsupervised contact with minors or date anyone with minor children.

Arkansas state law requires law enforcement agencies to inform the community when certain sex offenders move into the area. Level four is the highest level of sex offenders, and is reserved for offenders who have a habitual or serious pattern of sexual offense history and are considered sexually violent predators.
