SPRINGDALE (KFSM) — Springdale police have found a man with down syndrome who went missing on Tuesday morning (Dec. 13).
Jeffrey Seal, 22, was located shortly before 10:30 a.m., after he went missing around 8:30 a.m. in east Springdale.
Seal was found safely and unharmed close to where he went missing, according to a press release.
