FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — The City of Fayetteville announced Thursday (Dec. 15) free parking is now available near the downtown square.
The two lots are located at 207 E. Center Street and are available for public use 24/7 at no cost.
The lots consist of 63 spaces and are located on the east side of College Avenue behind the historic Washington County Courthouse.
The City entered into a lease agreement with the lots’ owner, Pettus Family, LLC, and plans to make free parking available in the lots for at least the next two years.
