SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM) — A deputy has been suspended after being arrested on suspicion of domestic battery Saturday (Jan. 14), according to the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office.
Capt. Philip Pevehouse said the Barling Police Department arrested Michael Grosskreuz, a detention deputy with the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office, on suspicion of domestic battery in the third degree.
Grosskreuz has been suspended with pay per county policy, said Pevehouse.
The sheriff’s office has launched an internal investigation into the matter.
