FRANKLIN COUNTY (KFSM) — A man is dead following a rollover accident along Highway 22 west of Charleston Friday (Feb. 10), according to Arkansas State Police.
Kenneth Millsaps, 55, of Enola, was pronounced dead at the scene after he was ejected from a semi truck he was driving, according to police.
Troopers said around 6 a.m., Millsaps was driving toward Fort Smith near the Franklin/Sebastian County line when he rolled the truck into the east lane.
Following the rollover, a pickup truck clipped the back of the semi. The driver of the pickup sustained minor injuries and refused all medical treatment, troopers said.
Traffic was blocked off to one lane as crews worked to clear the scene.
