ARKANSAS (KFSM) — North Interstate 49 at the Bobby Hopper Tunnel is now open, according to Arkansas State Police Troop L’s public information officer.

Early Sunday (June 4) afternoon heavy rainfall and multiple accidents forced the closure of the Interstate on the north side near the tunnel according to Arkansas State Police Troop L.
