BENTON COUNTY (KFSM) -- A Siloam Springs man involved in a high speed chase in Benton County is now in custody, Sgt. Shannon Jenkins said.
Rickey Allen Lay Jr., 24, was booked into the Benton County Jail on two felony charges, including fleeing and failure to appear.
The chase started and ended in Benton County. Jenkins said the speed may have gotten over 100 mph.
Deputies said Lay ditched his car near the intersection of Meadow Court and North Mount Olive Street outside of the Siloam Springs Intermediate School. He was later taken into custody.
There were no injuries.
