FORT SMITH (KFSM) — Twenty-two-year-old Nathan Kain has been safely located, according to Fort Smith police.
According to Kain’s caretaker, he has been diagnosed with several disabilities and has the mental capacity of a 9 year old.
Police reported that Kain was found on (Dec. 2) at 9.00 p.m.
