ROGERS (KFSM) — The Rogers Police Department is asking for help in finding a missing teen.
Sixteen-year-old Joseph Isaac Rudsell was last seen in Rogers on Jan. 29. He is 5’9 inches, weighs 130 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.
His clothing description is unknown.

In early January, 2018, he went missing and was found about 48 hours later, according to Rogers police.
