MULDROW (KFSM) -- A suspect that was once considered to be armed and dangerous has turned himself into police Monday (March 19), according to Muldrow police.

Officers began searching for Trenton Pedon, 29, on March 5th after investigators said Pedon was involved in a drive-by shooting on SW 4th Street.

Police said Pedon fired two shots at the back of a home, then he fired once at the front of the home, all while his father was inside.

According to police, Pedon spent a few days on the run at a friend's place. Pedon also told police he spent a lot of time outside. He was finally picked up Monday by his father in Roland, and his father encouraged him to turn himself into police.

Investigators said Pedon stole the gun from his father, and police recovered it a few days ago.

Pedon is being held at the Sequoyah County Jail without bond after having a warrant for discharging a firearm from a vehicle.
