As showers and storms moved through earlier on Sunday, some "scud" clouds blew over Fort Smith. These are usually associated with a gust from as storms move through. Turbulent eddies in the atmosphere condense and evaporate, creating their erratic behavior. These clouds are not attached to the storm clouds themselves.
