A lot of rain fell from severe storms, especially south and east of the greater Fort Smith area. Official rainfall reports were under two inches, but many folks in the River Valley, and towards central Arkansas, totals were over two to three inches.
The heaviest swath of rain stretched from Scott, Logan, Franklin, and Johnson counties.
