FORT SMITH (KFSM) -- On Sunday (June 24), Fort Smith is where a line of storms brought heavy rain and flash flooding to the River Valley.
Areas near Garrison Avenue were flooded, but the water quickly receded and didn't cause too much trouble for drivers in the area.
In the Scranton area, things looked peaceful...
