SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM) -- Two men were killed Monday (Sept. 17) morning after a head-on collision along Arkansas 22 in Bloomer, just west of Charleston.
Kyle W. Holland, 33, of Lavaca and Dylan J. Isakson, 23, of Charleston died in the accident.
Arkansas State Police said Holland's 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe collided head-on about 5:40 a.m. with Isakson's 2001 Chevrolet Camaro.
Pam Tobey, the woman who called 911 after the deadly crash, says that stretch of highway has been the scene of many accidents.
Tobey told 5NEWS Monday mornings crash was the worst she's ever seen on the highway, and that it sounded like an explosion.
State police have not released the cause of the accident. Police do say the road was dry and the weather was clear when the crash happened.
There were no passengers in either of the vehicles.
