Metabolic Research Center: Phase 1 Reflection – Pre-Conditioning

Daren's maintenance continues to be a success at 33 pounds down! For the next three week's Daren is reflecting on his weight loss process, and sharing with you just how easy it was. The first phase with Metabolic is week one, pre-conditioning. This week's focus is on making two to three changes that make a big impact. It's also a look into not only eating the right foods, but also, eating enough of the right foods. Through this process Daren was able to drop six pounds in his first week alone, without ever feeling hungry!
