FAYETTEVILLE (AP) — An Arkansas woman has pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence in the case of a woman who was tortured and beaten to death in 2015.

Rebecca Lee Lloyd was one of five people charged in connection with the killing of Victoria Annabeth Davis. Lloyd was sentenced to six years of probation after pleading guilty Wednesday.

The Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports that Lloyd was initially charged with accomplice to capital murder, but prosecutors later said that Lloyd was not present when Davis was killed.

Prosecutors say a group, including Davis’ husband, sexually assaulted Davis and connected her body to a battery charger before beating her to death with baseball bats. Mark Edward Chumley was convicted as the ringleader in the killing and was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
