FORT SMITH, Ark. (KFSM) — The Fort Smith Police Department released a video on their Facebook page of a person stealing a package from a residence on Croxted Road in Fort Smith.
Fort Smith Police have identified the ‘porch pirate’ as 34-year-old Charles Edward White.
