Joe Pennington, Ruben Diaz and Laura Simon have created three options for the best dip to serve at a Big Game party. Which one is best? You decided!
Congratulations to Laura Simon for her Spicy Slow Cooker Rotel Dip! Right behind her was Ruben's "Ultra" Black Bean Rotel Dip, and Joe's Goat Cheese and Cranberry Dip was third. Here are the numbers:

"Ultra" Black Bean Rotel Dip
- Rotel - 2 Cans
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- Velveeta - 1 Package
- Taco Seasoning
- Shredded Cheese
- Black Beans - 1 Can
Brown the ground beef and mix in one can of Rotel and taco seasoning.
Melt the Velveeta cheese and add the other can of Rotel and 1/2 of the can of black beans (no juice).
Spread out some tortilla chips on a large plate.
Add the ground beef and Rotel over the chips. Cover with the melted Velveeta cheese. Then add the lettuce, salsa, and shredded cheese on top!
